Wrap-Lite is a product operated by Unit OS SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.497.936-9, a company incorporated in Chile.
Wrap-Lite is a project financial control platform for managing cash advances (giros), expenses, expense reports and approvals. Using the site and the service means you accept these Terms and Conditions.
The service is offered under a monthly plan of CLP $79,900 (VAT included), in monthly cycles, charged through the payment gateway available on the site. When the payment method allows saving the card, renewal is automatic at the end of each cycle; with Webpay (Transbank) payment is manual: you must pay again each month to keep the plan active (there is a 3-day grace period after expiry; after that the account becomes read-only). Wrap-Lite may change prices in the future, giving active users at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to their next charge.
Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day trial with all features, no card required. When the trial ends, if you have not activated the plan, the account becomes read-only (you can view your data but cannot create or change advances, expenses or other operations) until you activate the plan.
Subscription charges are processed through third-party payment gateways (Transbank/Webpay and, as they become available, dLocal or others, depending on the payment method chosen). Wrap-Lite does not store card data; it is processed directly by the relevant payment provider, subject to its own terms and privacy policies. Wrap-Lite is not liable for failures, declines or interruptions of the payment service attributable to the provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account dashboard or by emailing dudas@wrap-os.com. Cancelling stops future charges: the service remains available until the end of the cycle already paid and no further charges are made. No refunds are given for the period already paid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the platform (advances, expenses, supporting documents and approvals). Wrap-Lite is not liable for decisions made on data entered incorrectly by the user, nor for service interruptions beyond its control.
We collect the data needed to provide the service: your identification and contact details (name, email), account and project data, and the receipts/invoices you upload for expense reports (including, where applicable, data read by OCR from those receipts), as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely to operate the platform, process payments, measure and improve the site and meet legal obligations, and is not sold. It is only shared with providers that supply services needed to operate (billing gateway; AI processing of receipt images; Google analytics and advertising measurement), with Set-OS when you assign seats to your crew, and where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to dudas@wrap-os.com.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Chile.
